Smoke Alarm Assistance Program

The East Dubuque Fire Department has started a new program! In order to help keep our community safe, we are now offering free smoke alarm installation. If you or someone you know lives in a single family residence and is in need of new, functional smoke alarms, let us know! We just need a little bit of information from you, and we will get the alarms installed for you! Our alarms have a sealed in 10 year battery, so no need to worry about switching out batteries! Just remember to test them every time you change the clocks.
